Job Duties: Draft, negotiate, and review construction contracts and other transactional documents related to construction projects.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans associated with construction contracts. Conduct specialized training sessions for clients on construction law matters. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding construction-related issues and disputes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal
compliance and consistency in contractual matters. Stay updated on relevant legal developments in construction law and apply knowledge to cases and projects. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Bar in the state of New York. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing construction law. Proven track record in drafting and negotiating construction contracts. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction law and related regulations. Excellent negotiation and drafting
skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
