Duties: Conduct legal research and analyze trusts, estates, probate, and tax matters. Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Assist in trust administration, probate proceedings, and guardianship/conservatorship matters. Provide
legal advice to clients on complex estate planning issues. Collaborate with clients, financial professionals, and other legal professionals to achieve client objectives.
Requirements:2-4 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships/conservatorships, and related tax areas. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Extensive client-facing experience, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Solid academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution. Admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice in Minnesota. Education: Juris
Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility to become admitted.
