This role involves preparing legal documents, managing discovery, conducting legal research, and providing valuable support in various litigation tasks. The Employment Associate Attorney is expected to possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Job Details: Handle employment law and litigation matters, assisting in case management from inception through trial. Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs related to employment cases. Manage discovery processes and document production. Prepare for and conduct depositions. Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support case strategies. Ensure compliance
with relevant laws and regulations in employment matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-Approved law school with excellent academic credentials.
General civil litigation or employment and labor law experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms. Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
