Develop and lead training sessions for junior associates to enhance their understanding of privacy laws and compliance measures. Provide specialized counsel within the telecommunications industry, leveraging industry-specific

Deep familiarity with key U. S. and global privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, and GDPR. Proven experience backssing legal exposure and designing compliance strategies. Strong background in conducting processing risk backssments and documenting data flows. Experience developing and delivering training programs for junior associates. Preferred: Telecommunications industry experience. Preferred: CIPP/US certification. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the New
