The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school, exceptional academic credentials, and a strong background in employment, general liability, directors and officers, and/or real estate and securities matters.

The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases from inception to trial, demonstrating proficiency in legal research, analysis, and writing, and showcasing excellent communication and negotiation skills. Job Details: Duties: Manage complex litigation matters, handling all aspects from case inception to trial. Prepare pleadings and briefs, manage discovery

and depositions, and analyze professional liability coverage. Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support litigation strategies. Handle both state and federal court proceedings.

Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience. Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-Approved law school with excellent academic credentials. Experience in employment, general liability, directors and officers, and/or real estate and securities matters. Ability to manage class action matters and understand financial documents is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms. Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.

Certifications: Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required. Skills: Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and writing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in both state and federal court proceedings. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
