Agreements, License Agreements, Loan Agreements, NDAs, etc. Real Estate Litigation: Address Landlord/Tenant disputes, Breach of Contract, Specific Performance, Partition, Quiet Title, and Foreclosure on both Plaintiff and Defendant sides.
Requirements:3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Experience in Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Transactions. A portable book of business is a plus. General litigation experience, including landlord/tenant matters, Partition, Quiet Title, or Foreclosure experience is advantageous. Ability to create and implement legal strategies with targeted results. Legal research experience on Lexis. Experience with
Wealth Counsel is preferable. Understanding of Florida statutes related to landlord/tenant matters.
Admission to the Florida Bar. Fluency in Spanish. Skills: Strong negotiation and drafting skills for commercial and residential leases. Ability to handle all facets of litigation independently. Trial experience, both bench and jury trial, is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed of case status.
