Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J. D. ) from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar.2-3 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, preferably within a reputable law firm.
Strong academic credentials with a focus on finance or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certifications: Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills: Legal research and analysis. Drafting and reviewing legal documents. Transactional experience in leveraged finance. Strong attention to detail.
