Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Montana State Bar, with good standing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation and transactional work. Proven track record of handling contract, property, construction, and estate cases. Familiarity or willingness to work on family and criminal law matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work
