Follows sanitation policies for handling, storing food in such a manner to minimize any cross contamination. Delivers food trucks to the proper locations. Cleans/sanitizes
all equipment according to policy. Brings garbage to compactor and empties.
Cleans and sanitizes garbage pails. Sweep and mop floors as directed. Able to complete assignments within allotted time. Able to adjust to changes and re-assignments.
