The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of estate planning matters. Will be drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents related to estate planning. Advising clients on estate planning strategies and developing personalized plans.
Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations. Reviewing and analyzing client financial information to identify tax and estate planning opportunities. Collaborating with other legal professionals and experts to ensure comprehensive client solutions. Representing clients in estate planning matters, including probate
and trust administration. Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships. In-depth knowledge of estate planning laws, regulations, and best practices is essential.
