and out of court during the legal collection process, maintain a focus on continuous quality work, and effectively manage all aspects of a case's litigation life cycle. Duties: Provide thorough and practical backssments and advice for clients in the legal collection process.

Communicate with opposing counsel and pro se parties to resolve disputes and negotiate amicable resolutions. Draft and review legal briefs, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents. Document account/file activity in accordance with the firm and client policies and procedures. Travel to various courts in the State and effectively handle all aspects of a case’s litigation life cycle. Research and interpret

laws, rulings, and regulations, formulating legal opinions for review by a supervising attorney. Maintain responsive communication with clients to develop and sustain client relationships.

Attend continuing education classes, webinars, and seminars to stay current with changes in laws and court procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Active license in CA. Experience in consumer collection litigation preferred, but willing to train. Knowledge of the civil litigation process and state and federal consumer protection laws. Superior time management skills and ability to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Leadership skills and the ability

to motivate others to achieve results. Excellent written and oral communication skills across various levels within the organization and externally.

Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the California State Bar. Skills: Legal research and interpretation.
