Duties: Manage a personal caseload with meticulous attention to detail. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders. Communicate with senior partners, attorneys, and legal support staff to navigate the litigation process effectively. Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs and forming a strategic plan of action. Ensure effective representation
of clients at court appearances, conferences, hearings, and trials. Attend legal team meetings and monthly case reviews organized by the Director of Legal or the Regional Managing Attorney.
Maintain active communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Requirements: Must be a licensed attorney to practice law in the State of New York. Demonstrated proficiency in communication and negotiation. Prior litigation experience, with a focus on Matrimonial and Family Law, is preferred. Strong legal research and writing skills. Outstanding professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited
law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
