Responsibilities Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required. Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)Assists director with department charge reconciliation. Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN. Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on

the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN. Assists with payroll functions as needed.

Assists with monthly meeting agenda items and follow-up. Assists with competencies, education, and education tracking. Provides feedback to facilitate the employee evaluation process. Assists with review and development of policies and procedures. Coordinates new employee orientation to unit and scheduling. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse (RN) license (either an ND RN license or a compact RN license issued in another state)Compaq license holders must obtain North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse license (RN) within 90 days of hire date.
