The candidate will have the opportunity to manage cases from intake through trial, counsel clients, and develop case strategy. Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Develop and execute litigation strategy for clients.
Propound and respond to discovery, and take and defend depositions. Attend mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Prepare cases for trial. Manage, counsel, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel. Conduct legal research. Must have California Bar admission and be in good standing.
