The candidate should have hands-on litigation experience and be a member of the California Bar in good standing. The Litigation Associate Attorney will play a key role in the firm's litigation practice, contributing hands-on experience in legal research, discovery, depositions, witness interviews, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, motion practice, and trial preparation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent legal writing and research skills, and prior experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus. Strong communication and advocacy skills, the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and effective problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this
role. Duties: Conduct hands-on litigation tasks, including legal research and discovery. Handle depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, write briefs, and prepare and argue motions.
