Are you eager to assist a client through their Mental Health and Substance Use recovery process in an outpatient therapeutic setting? We are seeking Clinicians to provide supportive person-centered counseling services to individuals in a compassionate way. Please look at the highlights below: What You'll Do at Brandywine
Counseling: Be responsible for a caseload of clients, as identified by program requirements and in accordance with state regulations. Complete required evaluations and backssments.
Document all clinical services and interventions performed within the clients electronic record. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintains contact with outside providers to coordinate care. Confer with the Clinical Supervisor on a daily basis for casing. Participates in weekly treatment team meetings. Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of backssment and counseling/therapy principles Considerable knowledge of
population being served and available resources Ability to evaluate and screen clients for appropriate treatment and document progress of clients May require crisis intervention to emergency situations Skill in establishing rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Qualifications for the position are: LCSW or LPCMH1 year experience in the Substance Abuse Field and/or Mental Health Within 2 years, must have obtained certification as CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
Salary: From $27/mensurate with experience and education. Schedule: 5:00 a. m. - 1:00 p.
m. or6:00 a. m. - 2:00 p. m.
