Minimum 4 years' experience as a corporate paralegal, REQUIRED; - Experience with corporate formation, assistance with preparation of Operating Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, and associated documents; Experience prepared Closing Binders (corporate transactions) Experience drafting cover letters; Experience managing deadlines and calendars with precision; Experience billing time.
