Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.3-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes and related legal issues. Certifications Active membership in the Indiana State Bar Association or eligibility for prompt admission.
