Requirements: Actively licensed attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar. Prior experience in real estate, particularly in handling closings. Familiarity with the closing process for real estate transactions in Georgia. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia. A South Carolina or Tennessee license is preferred. Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge
