caseload primarily focused on defense litigation. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in New York, with additional court admissions in New Jersey considered a plus. The Associate Attorney III will proactively work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong legal research and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Duties: Manage a substantial caseload involving primarily defense litigation. Draft, prepare, and handle pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda. Draft and respond to written discovery and dispositive motions. Conduct legal research competently and with proficiency. Prepare and take depositions

of parties and witnesses. Review client documents, draft case evaluations, and status report correspondence. Assisted and participated in mediation and court appearances.

Interact directly with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff. Requirements:5-7 years of toxic tort litigation experience, including civil litigation and product liability. Licensed to practice law in the state of New York. Additional court admissions in New Jersey would be a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with superb

organization and prioritization skills. Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload.

Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures. Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
