Job Details: Duties: Provide legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment-related issues. Defend employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. Handle all aspects of litigation, including responding to complaints, drafting and responding to discovery, e-discovery, document production, preparing dispositive motions, and drafting position statements. Demonstrate
expertise in wage and hour class/collective action litigation. Advise and handle restrictive covenant agreements, both in defense and prosecution. Requirements: Minimum 4-6 years of employment law experience.
Prior experience in the employment practice of a prominent law firm. Admitted to practice law in New York; admission in MA, NJ, or PA is a plus. Proven experience counseling employers on a variety of employment-related issues. Demonstrated experience in defending employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Familiarity with wage and hour class/collective action litigation is a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) from an accredited law school. Certifications:
