Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Comfortable leading deal teams and fostering teamwork and collaboration. Ability to manage transactions and support clients on general corporate matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the State Bar in California. Skills Proficient in legal research and analysis. Strong

negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to work independently and handle significant responsibilities.
