pre-suit through case conclusion, demonstrating proficiency in trial procedures, motion practice, and client service. Duties: Represent the firm's clients from pre-suit through case conclusion, whether via settlement or trial. Prepare for and conduct numerous jury trials throughout Florida each year.
Manage approximately 35-40 files and collaborate with a paralegal and legal assistants in case preparation and ongoing support. First Chair experience during trials. Handle general litigation tasks, including motion practice, fact and expert witness deposition, and discovery practice. Prioritize client customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism. Manage a heavy workload
in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers. Requirements:5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Trial experience with First Chair responsibilities.
General litigation experience. Motion practice proficiency. Fact and expert witness deposition experience. General discovery practice knowledge. Bilingual skills are a plus. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Smart Advocate (case management software) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
