Duties: Represent leading renewable energy clients in a variety of real property development matters. Handle title matters related to renewable energy development transactions. Provide legal advice and support throughout the real estate development process. Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases,
and agreements. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth transaction processes. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting real estate and renewable energy.
Requirements:1-3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on title matters for renewable energy development transactions. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the NY State Bar (or eligibility for admission). Proven track record of handling real estate transactions and providing legal counsel. Skills: Strong interest in representing renewable energy clients in real property development matters. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
