Duties: Engage in patent litigation activities, including but not limited to PTAB/IPR, district court patent litigation, and ITC proceedings. Conduct legal research and analysis related to technology patents and intellectual property. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Collaborate with technical experts, witnesses, and clients to gather and analyze evidence. Participate

in and manage discovery processes, including document production and depositions. Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal forums. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings. Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Familiarity with source code is preferred.
