Knowledge of estate tax return preparation is a plus. Requirements: A minimum of 8 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Strong academic credentials. Proven ability to draft estate planning documents and analyze tax laws. Exceptional client communication and management skills. Licensed to practice in Oregon or
eligible to waive into the state. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications: Admission to the Oregon State Bar Association or eligibility to waive into Oregon. Skills: Estate planning document drafting. Tax law analysis and planning. Meets qualifications per worked-in state regulations.
Minimum of one year's experience in health care, hospice experience preferred. Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills Has strong organizational skills. Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
