Duties: Manage and litigate insurance defense cases, handling all phases from inception to trial. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients. Attend depositions, oral arguments, hearings, and negotiations with opposing counsel. Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court. Independently handle case assignments with minimal or no supervision.
Report case developments and updates to clients regularly. Collaborate effectively within a legal team to ensure comprehensive client representation. Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations and adapting to unique client needs.
Requirements:2-10 years of experience in insurance defense. Current license to practice law in California, additional licensure in other states is a plus. Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of clients. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited
