The candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Duties: Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties. Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively. Provide timely, accurate, and

quality work product in franchise litigation cases. Successfully meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform work duties as required. Foster positive work relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Comply with all firm policies and practices to maintain ethical and professional standards. Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed. Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by supervising attorneys. Requirements: J. D. Degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of franchise litigation experience in a law firm environment.

State Bar admission in WA. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong legal research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in legal software and research tools. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar in Washington. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) Degree from an accredited law school.
