National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), representing management in NLRB elections, providing legal advice on various labor-related matters, and conducting negotiations on collective bargaining agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, have 4-6 years of experience in litigation or advisory roles, and hold CA Bar Admission.

Job Details: Duties: Handle unfair labor practice charges at the NLRB. Conduct research and writing on labor law matters. Represent management in NLRB elections. Provide legal advice to employers on union organizing, corporate campaigns, card checks, and neutrality agreements. Negotiate and provide legal advice on

collective bargaining agreements. Manage grievance, arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Obtain mass picketing injunctions. Advise employers on federal and California wage and hour issues, leave management, disability accommodation, and other workplace issues.

Review handbooks, policies, and forms for compliance with federal and state law. Review compensation, commission, and bonus plans. Conduct management training on labor relations, federal and California workplace issues, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned. Requirements: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.4-6 years of experience

in litigation or advice work as an attorney. Traditional labor law experience preferred.

Experience in federal and/or California advice and counsel work preferred. CA Bar Admission. Skills and Certifications: Understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques is preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
