Duties: Serve clients handling family law matters such as spousal support, division of assets, child custody, child support, divorce, and domestic violence. Provide competent legal advice in hearings, settlement
negotiations, and mediation. Meet with clients, draft documents and pleadings, conduct research, and manage discovery. Understand Local Rules and apply them to family law cases.
Work independently on cases while maintaining a client base. Demonstrate exemplary interpersonal and communication skills in high-stress and emotional situations.
