S. clients with foreign assets, offering insights into the proper structures to minimize U. S. taxes. Collaborating closely with foreign counsel, you will play a vital part in structuring estate plan documents that benefit foreign beneficiaries. Your expertise will extend to providing guidance on tax and estate planning structures for clients with non-U. S. citizen spouses, as well as offering strategic

counsel on renouncing U. S. citizenship, abandoning long-term permanent residency, and structuring ownership in foreign businesses to optimize U. S. tax implications.

Your responsibilities will also encompass drafting U. S. estate plan documents for clients with foreign assets or foreign beneficiaries, administering estates of U. S. individuals owning foreign assets, and advising foreign clients on structuring investments in the U. S. This includes real estate acquisition and creating tax-efficient structures for asset transfers to U. S. beneficiaries. Additionally, you will play a critical role in drafting U. S. estate plan documents for foreign clients with assets or beneficiaries in

the U. S. administering estates of foreign individuals owning U.

S. assets, and ensuring client compliance with U. S. reporting requirements for foreign investments and transfers from foreign entities or individuals.
