Position Purpose: This position serves in a classroom to provide an appropriate social and emotional environment to expand children’s ability to learn, grow, and build trusting relationships. This role works in a classroom-based setting with typically and atypically developing children and provides daily supervision and support for children’s
developmental needs. Positions may be reassigned to various classrooms/centers for program operations.
Pay Range: The hourly wage ranges from $15.31 - $21.72 depending on education level and experience. Minimum requirements: High school diploma/GED Candidates must acquire a Toddler CDA within six - nine months of hire. TCHS will provide opportunities for training support to obtain a teacher’s qualification.
