Identify problem-solving options, presenting pros and cons for clients to choose the best legal solutions. Provide advice and counsel on federal, state, and local workplace and employment laws. Stay

informed about current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in employment law. Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law (additional certifications a plus). Understanding current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Preferred experience in conducting training or workplace investigations. Education and Certifications: Juris

Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
