Job Overview: The Lateral Class Actions Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for researching and drafting motions and briefs, actively participating in all discovery phases, and effectively managing cases and client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-6 years of experience with a strong focus on state and federal class action practice, coupled with a broader background in commercial litigation. District court or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred. Duties: Conduct legal research and analysis related to class action matters Draft and prepare
