The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, top law school credentials, and expertise in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis related to intellectual property and patent litigation cases. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings. Provide legal counsel to clients on IP matters, including patents,
trademarks, and copyrights. Collaborate with colleagues and experts in related fields to build effective legal strategies. Participate in negotiations and settlements.
Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.2-5 years of experience in intellectual property and patent litigation. Top law school credentials. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar field (preferred). CAFC clerkship experience (preferred). Experience with PTAB disputes (a plus). Skills: Strong legal research and analytical
skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of relevant intellectual property laws and regulations. Litigation and courtroom experience. Negotiation and settlement skills.
