With at least 5 years of successful personal injury experience, the candidate should exhibit a good understanding of personal injury law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice. Duties: Handle case files
from start to finish or the beginning of litigation with support from a legal team. Resolve pre-litigation issues dealing with coverage and liability. Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
Settle on clients' behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements. Interview clients, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information. Determine case value and provide direction to the legal team. Maintain consistent communication with assigned clients. Demonstrate excellent writing skills. Requirements: Membership in the State Bar Association. State license to practice law. Computer proficiency. Bachelor's
