an experienced Attorney with 2-5 years of legal practice, particularly in IP/patent litigation.
The ideal candidate will possess top law school credentials and demonstrate expertise in handling cases related to intellectual property. This role requires a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields.
Experience with CAFC clerkships and familiarity with PTAB disputes is highly valued. Duties Represent clients in intellectual property and patent litigation matters. Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide strategic legal advice. Prepare legal documents,
including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and prepare for trial. Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Requirements2-5 years of experience in intellectual property and patent litigation. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school. Strong academic credentials, preferably from a top-tier law school. Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related fields. CAFC clerkship experience is highly preferred. Knowledge and experience in PTAB disputes is a plus. Education
