The Mid-Level Associate Attorney will serve as the point person on litigation, supervise junior associates and staff, and act as a client contact. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and a California law license are essential. Duties: Manage employment litigation cases, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Utilize expertise in Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery throughout

the litigation process. Demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills in legal documentation. Serve as the point person on litigation matters, overseeing junior associates and staff.

Act as a client contact, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs. Project and case management to ensure timely and efficient handling of multiple cases. Conduct depositions and/or represent clients in court proceedings. Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment matters. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation. Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. Excellent analytical and writing skills. Experience in handling multiple

cases simultaneously. Ability to serve as the point person on litigation, supervising junior associates and staff.

Demonstrated project and case management skills. Deposition and/or courtroom experience. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. California law license. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications: Active license to practice law in California. Skills: Legal research and writing. Litigation and case management.
