and be in good standing in all jurisdictions. Must have experience in all stages of litigation, including trial preparation and trial and appeals. Should have mastery of the civil rules in the jurisdictions in which one practices and an expert understanding of all principles of law routinely relied upon in the firms primary practice areas.
