Duties Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and projects. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and

contracts. Assist with case management, organizing, and maintaining case files. Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.

Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information for cases. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Requirements4-8 years of experience in major felony cases. Prosecutor or public defender experience preferred. Proficient in legal research, writing, and drafting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice. Familiarity with legal databases

such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw. Experience in litigation is preferred.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Indiana State Bar. Skills Proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting.
