senior estate planning attorney with 5 years of progressive experience primarily focused on the areas of estate planning and asset protection planning, including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.
The candidate will work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive estate planning strategy. Will review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy. Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and will communicate with them in an approachable, " plain English" manner. Collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve clients' interests and provide
clients with 5-star service. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Must be experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients, including experience conducting one-on-one meetings with clients.
Proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others, are required. Additional Skills: The candidate must be a team player and contribute to the success of the team. Should be well-organized, a fast learner, and share a growth mindset. Passionate about helping others needed. Thrive on the success of the team and the firm is required.
