Responsibilities: Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions Propound and Respond to Discovery Prepare for, take, or defend depositions Court Appearances as needed Conduct Legal research Manage relations with clients Prepare for trial Qualifications Admission to the State Bar of CA Minimum three
