The candidate will work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive estate planning strategy. Will review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy.
Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and will communicate with them in an approachable, " plain English" manner. Collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve clients' interests and provide clients with 5-star service. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Must be experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients, including experience conducting one-on-one
meetings with clients. Proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others, is required.
Additional Skills: The candidate must be a team player and contribute to the success of the team. Should be well-organized, a fast learner, and share a growth mindset. Passionate about helping others. Thrive on the success of the team and the firm is required.
