Job Details: Join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. Provide legal counsel to publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity). Handle matters related to federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act compliance, and corporate governance. Utilize knowledge of industry best practices to advise clients on legal strategies and risk management.

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to address complex legal issues.

Requirements: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in at least one U. S. jurisdiction. Preferably, New York Bar membership. Experience practicing law in a large law firm environment. Proven experience in Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. Certifications: Active Bar membership in good standing. Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively

in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of current legal trends and developments in corporate law.
