Intellectual property clearance, registration and protection strategies. Protection and enforcement of rights pertaining to trademarks, business names, domain names, copyrights, inventions (whether patentable or not), trade secrets, rights of publicity, and employer/employee proprietary rights. Screen and select trademarks and handle the development of trademark protection strategies,
including domestic and foreign registration of marks. Manage intellectual property due diligence. Perform due diligence investigations on intellectual property assets.
Must preferably have experience prosecuting intellectual property matters and experience licensing intellectual property rights. Must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar. Additional Skills: The candidate should be able to work independently and take ownership of new responsibilities.
