Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation related to ERISA and executive compensation. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an

accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar is preferred.6-8 years of relevant experience in ERISA and executive compensation law. Strong academic credentials with a focus on employment and benefits law.
