), product liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort. Duties: Handle civil defense litigation cases, emphasizing areas such as general liability, product liability, and asbestos/toxic tort. Conduct extensive discovery, including taking and defending depositions. Prepare and argue motions, attend mediations or arbitrations, and actively participate in trial preparation.
Make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including attending trials. Requirements: Admission to the State Bar of California. Experience: Significant civil defense litigation experience.
Proven jury trial experience in the specified areas. Skills: Extensive experience in conducting discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
