Manage court appearances, trials, and proceedings, including drafting motions and conducting legal research. Analyze probable outcomes of cases using extensive knowledge of legal precedents. Effectively manage the workload
of cases, maintaining attention to detail and high-quality representation. Provide comprehensive legal analysis to clients, determining potential case benefits.
Accrue additional evidence to support clients' cases or arguments against prosecution charges. Prepare clients for depositions, ensuring they are well informed and prepared for legal proceedings. Determine essential goals of case strategy, gathering information from witnesses and key experts supporting clients' positions. Utilize experience in handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels. Requirements: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Bar admission in the state of Texas. Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills.
