Duties: Report directly to the managing immigration attorney Manage a caseload, ensuring effective client interaction and collaboration with the immigration team Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals Visit and conduct intake with detained individuals at centers Prepare diverse immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based immigration petitions Review immigration applications/packets and make any necessary adjustments Work with law enforcement, prosecutorial
offices, and community-based organizations on changes in immigration law Conduct strategic immigration consultations with potential clients and determine necessary legal strategy Develop strategy and prepare clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of immigration law experience Proven experience in managing a caseload and moving legal cases forward Team player with the ability to collaborate, assist, and strategize with fellow associates Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from
