Duties: Work on the defense of non-asbestos toxic tort matters. Conduct extensive discovery, including document review and production. Take depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Prepare and argue motions in court. Assist with trial preparation activities. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Requirements:

Admitted to the State Bar of California.3-7 years of experience in defense of non-asbestos toxic tort matters. Proven experience in conducting discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills: Extensive experience in non-asbestos toxic tort defense. Strong litigation and trial skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in conducting discovery and taking depositions. Ability to prepare and argue motions

effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
